About Us The Home Ranger L.L.C. was organized in December, 2005, under the State of Texas Limited Liability Company Act. The purposes for which this L.L.C. is organized are: to buy, own, hold, sell, develop, lease, dispose of, exchange, convert, manage, exercise voting rights with respect to, and otherwise exercise all of the rights, duties and obligations of an owner of real property, and any other related lawful business activity. The management of this L.L.C. is reserved to the members, Tim Walker and Beth Walker. Home Ranger Investments, Inc. was formed in June, 2007, under the State of Texas as a for-profit corporation. The corporation is used for a variety of purposes and business interests, including, but not limited to real estate investments.     About the Owners Tim Walker graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction. Beth Walker graduated from Abilene Christian College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Tim's past employment has centered around construction, real estate and sales. Beth's employment history includes administration, investment banking, home building, interior design, communications and ethics and compliance training. In September, 2007, Tim will complete Ron LeGrand's Master's Program in Real Estate Investing. We are both continuing to learn and grow our business by attending numerous training workshops on various aspects of the real estate business. Through this association, we are able to network with, and learn first-hand from real estate investors all over the U.S. with years of experience. We have the opportunity to partner with and receive coaching from investors, who have successfully completed millions of dollars in transactions. We moved from the Dallas Metroplex and became residents of Thrall, Texas, in May 2000, where we built a custom home and personally maintain and improve our residence and acreage. We enjoy the tranquility of country life and share a love of nature and animals - large and small. We are active in the community and are members of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church at Wuthrich Hills in Taylor, where Beth is currently serving as the Secretary of the Church Council. Together, we have numerous complementary experiences and skills in real estate, business, construction, sales, project management, scheduling, interior design, communications and management. We live, work and play in our target market. We have a vested interest, along with our neighbors and friends, in the acquisition and proper handling and management of properties in the central Texas area.
