Evaluating deal potential
Through a comprehensive marketing and evaluation process, we identify properties, screen the seller and determine the deal potential. We ascertain the as-is value, estimate repairs, pull comparable sales, provide the assessed value, calculate the after-repair value and present a complete set of data to you for consideration.
 


We look for "ugly" houses that need a full makeover, "pretty" houses in move-in condition, single-family or multi-family rentals - any area, any size, any price, any condition!
